These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the reGenesis Platform (“the Platform”), provided by [Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the services provided by reGenesis, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Platform will signify your acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Registration and Access
To access the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
Account Responsibility: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Subscription Plans
The Platform offers various subscription plans based on your business needs. These plans are subject to the pricing and terms outlined on our Pricing Page. Subscriptions are bi-annual with monthly payments, and are automatically renewed unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle.
Setup Fees: A one-time non-refundable setup fee applies to each subscription tier.
Payment: Payment for the subscription is due on a monthly basis as per the selected plan.
Cancellations and Refunds: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on how to cancel your subscription and our refund policies.
4. License to Use the Platform
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for the duration of your subscription. This license allows you to access and use the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions: You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Platform.

Transfer, sublicense, or distribute the Platform to any third party without prior written consent.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:

Security: You are responsible for securing your account and ensuring that your login credentials are kept confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.
Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your data; however, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will cease all use of the Platform and any rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately terminate.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of the subscription if your account is terminated for violation of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, reGenesis and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Your use of the Platform.
Your inability to use the Platform.
Any loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim under this Agreement is limited to the total amount you paid for the Platform during the 6-month subscription period in which the event leading to the claim occurred.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless reGenesis and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Any infringement of intellectual property rights or any other violation of applicable laws.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction][f]. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction][g], and you agree to waive any rights to a trial by jury.
12. Force Majeure
