At reGenesis, we are committed to offering flexible, transparent, and customer-focused plans. Below are the terms and conditions regarding subscription cancellations.
1. Subscription Type:
All subscriptions to reGenesis are based on a bi-annual commitment with monthly payments deducted automatically from the customer’s account.
The bi-annual period begins on the date of the first payment and automatically renews every 6 months.
2. Cancellation Request:
Customers wishing to cancel their subscription must submit a cancellation request at least 30 days before the end of the bi-annual commitment.
Cancellations can be submitted via email to our support team at [support@regenesis.ag][a] or through our customer portal.
Cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and customers will continue to have access to all services until the end of that cycle.
3. One-Time Setup & Onboarding Fee:
All one-time setup and onboarding fees for each subscription tier are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation.
The setup fee is charged at the beginning of the subscription period and will not be refunded in case of early cancellation or at the end of the subscription.
4. Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for payments made under the bi-annual subscription once the service has been used for any part of the current billing cycle.
However, if cancellation is requested before the next billing cycle, customers will not be charged for the following months.
5. Renewals:
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the each month period.
