challenge

Modern supply chains are complex, often spanning multiple regions, vendors, and transportation modes. Traditional tracking methods are fragmented, resulting in insufficient visibility into product movements, ownership, and status at various stages.

Modern supply chains are complex, often spanning multiple regions, vendors, and transportation modes. Traditional tracking methods are fragmented, resulting in insufficient visibility into product movements, ownership, and status at various stages.

challenge

Insufficient Data CaptureAcross the Value Chain
Lack of Transparency Across the Supply Chain
Current systems fail to capture valuable data throughout the entire product journey — from production to end-consumer. This lack of actionable data restricts businesses from making informed decisions on everything from production planning to forecasting.

impact

Without critical data, organizations are unable to:
  • Perform yield analysis effectively.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain.
  • Make accurate demand forecasts.
  • Optimize processes to increase operational efficiency..
  • Gain insights to improve product quality and customer satisfaction

challenge

Increased Risk of CounterfeitProducts
Counterfeit products are a growing problem across industries, leading to revenue losses, brand damage, and consumer distrust.

impact

Companies struggle to protect their brands and consumers from counterfeit goods, leading to potential legal issues and financial loss.

challenge

Inefficiencies in Product Recall
In the event of a product recall, pinpointing affected batches or shipments in real-time is slow and cumbersome.

impact

Delayed responses lead to greater health, safety, and financial risks, and sometimes irreparable brand damage.

Making Every Farmer's Journey Traceable

Effective Date: March 2025

How reGenesis helped turn field activity into structured, verifiable impact data for Rizq's Kissan Dost program.

Kissan Dost works with smallholder farmers through agricultural inputs, financing and field support.

The challenge for an impact program like this isn't only delivering the intervention. It's being able to see, manage and demonstrate what is happening across hundreds of individual farmers and fields.

That's where reGenesis comes in.

95 Farmers. 268 Acres. One Connected Evidence Trail.

In the current Kissan Dost deployment, reGenesis created individual digital records for 95 farmers, representing 587 household members, with field monitoring covering 268 acres of maize cultivation.

Instead of impact existing across spreadsheets, photographs and field reports, reGenesis connects the journey:

Farmer → Household → Farm → Crop → Field Visit → Intervention → Outcome

Each farmer becomes a traceable impact record.

From “We Supported Farmers” to “Here Is What Happened”

Field teams can capture what was planted, acreage, crop stage and condition, fertilizer application, field observations and agronomist recommendations.

For example, the current dataset contains 58 crop-condition assessments: 56 recorded as Excellent and 2 as Good.

More importantly, the system can identify where recommended practices haven't been followed, giving field teams information they can act on while the crop is still growing.

So reGenesis isn't only documenting impact after it happens. It helps create the evidence trail while the intervention is happening.

One Farmer Can Tell the Whole Story

Every farmer record can ultimately connect baseline conditions, intervention, field monitoring, photographs and harvest outcomes. That means an organization can move from:

“We reached 95 farmers.”

to:

“Here is one farmer. Here is their farm. Here is what was provided. Here is what happened in the field. And here is the resulting outcome.”

Then zoom back out to see the same evidence across the entire program.

This Is What reGenesis Makes Possible

Trace the intervention. Monitor the work. Measure the outcome. Show the evidence.

One farmer at a time — and thousands when the program scales.
